Do you trust the studies done by the Center for Disease Control?  CDC is still an agency we trust, isn’t it?

Well, then,
Tobacco killed 435,000, and Inactivity and Bad Eating killed 400,000, and Alcohol killed
85,000
, and that accounts for half…repeat, HALF… the deaths in 2000,  Doesn’t that make a serious point
about YOUR bad habits?

Yet, a recent released Canadian study indicates
you already know these bad habits are big risks. So, why
do you keep doing what you know is ruining your life and…eventually… will kill you?

Here is how a former client, a medical professional, describes why she…and a lot of other people don’t
quit.
 (This client struggled most of her life with eating and smoking issues…and is now successfully in
control of both destructive habits…She recently shared this powerful list of MINDSETS that made her life
miserable for many years until she used Hypnotherapy to change her life.)

  • Reality Challenged…RC’s like to pretend we are the exception to the rule. We not only do
    what we do to prove we can, (defiance), RC’s insist on believing that everyone else manages
    to eat, drink, sit around, smoke, and spend all they want, and the RC is the only one who
    pays a price for it.

  • Social Acceptance Rationalizers…Having friends who smoke and eat half a pizza at a sitting
    allows SAR’s to say “everyone does it”. SAR’s pretend not to notice that we socialize with
    those people BECAUSE they do what we do. Couch potatoes don’t hang out with athletes.
    They seek out people like themselves so that they can justify their “problem” as normal.

  • Stress Junkies... SJ’s blame everything we do on stress. Stress is our badge of honor, our
    proof of worth, our rationalization for self-medicating with whatever bad habit we have
    chosen. Rather than taking steps to diffuse the damage done by stress,  SJ’s use it to justify
    our self-destruction.

  • Fear…of success…and failure…What if we try and succeed and we are still us?

These MINDSETS are incredibly incapacitating!  And very powerful. But, they are just mindsets. That’s all.

And, they are wrong.  And, when this woman (at age 53) started to examine them and change them through
hypnosis, her whole life changed…a little, at first, and then… a year later, it’s hard to believe she is the
same person. “I can’t imagine why I stayed trapped in that stupid thinking for so long,” she says, “but I am
sure glad I got over it.”

Changing your mind is the only way to really change your life, and the fastest, least expensive, and most
