How much money have YOU blown this year on Diet books and magic
formula MAKE-YOU-SKINNY-BY-MONDAY products?

Everyday you are bombarded with hundreds dozens of "NEW" low fat, low cal, sugar free non-foods. The ads
imply that if you’re silly enough to want to eat real food occasionally, you had better "fix" it with
fat blockers
or
carb blockers, or both (if your digestive tract can stand it).

And when all this expensive pseudo-food fails to make you skinny overnight, someone is sure to suggest
surgery... and make it sound like it’s about as serious as getting your teeth cleaned. (
How often do you hear that
someone died from getting their teeth cleaned?)

Have you noticed the really amazing thing about all this hype?

The more we spend on getting thin, the fatter we get!!

And, why, for heaven’s sake, do we keep trying to make such a simple thing so blasted complicated?

The SECRET of getting slim is NOT and HAS NEVER BEEN A SECRET!

...all you have to do is (shhh...) eat less...... and........ move more.

However, you may have noticed that EVEN YOU have been brainwashed into the
GOTTA-BUY-A-MAGIC-BULLET TRAP.

Well, when you get over that over-rated idea, you can make a few simple changes that will change YOU.
Possibly forever.  Without abusing your body or straining your brain or your wallet.

Just remove three things from your diet and add three others. In your own time. At your convenience. Just DO
more of the ADD’s and less of the REMOVES, as you get to it. And, be aware that the faster you make the
changes, the faster you will become smaller and healthier.

The secret is to add from the ADD list first. That will make it easier to skip the foods on the REMOVE list. You’ll
understand why when you discover your appetite is satisfied  that you forget you want to skip the stuff you
don’t think about much anymore.

...and hypnosis...or self-hypnois will make it easy.

ADD list:
Fiber:  Gradually add more vegetables, fruits, beans, (in that order, preferably) and certain cereal products
like bran, natural unadorned oatmeal, and flax seed. (Adding a lot quickly may cause a temporary increase in
gas while your body adjusts.)

Raw Foods:  Unprocessed natural fruits and vegetables are high in enzymes, vitamins, fiber, water, and they
fill you up. They are even good exercise for your jaws, forcing you to acknowledge the eating experience.

Protein at every meal: Eggs, fish, or a quarter cup of any kind of nuts are great protein sources. Protein keeps
your blood sugar levels stable for longer periods, reducing cravings,

REMOVE list:
Sodas:  even diet sodas. No, they are NOT even good thirst quenchers; WATER IS.

Pasta, bread, cookies, crackers, cakes, and anything else made with white flour:
Sorry, no matter what you’ve been told, white flour is only good for making paste for paper mache. In
addition, they are loaded with that sugar, hydrogenated fat, and all kinds or iffy preservatives. (Look at the
expiration dates on some of those packaged cakes. How can you even think of swallowing something that is
supposed to last for years without refrigeration?)

Commercial Cereals:  Same deal as above. Yeah, the box says stuff about vitamins added. So skip the cereal  
and swallow any decent multivitamin.

Just try it. Experiment.
RELAX, CLOSE YOUR EYES, AND PICTURE YOURSELF DOING IT.

Do it for a week and see if you don’t feel better. Do it for a month and see if your energy doesn’t double. And,
it’s almost a guarantee that your clothes will be looser. Yes, it's too simple, and too inexpensive to seem like it
ought to work. But, it might surprise you. Just try it
