"Change
by
hypnosis"

Hypnosis is not for everyone because it is a very powerful tool for change and many people are
secretly afraid of achieving the goals they say are so important to them.

And, much of the time that is not their fault.

The media bombards us incessantly with messages that doom us to failure. The messages are all the
same. Whatever your problem, “they” can fix it magically and instantly as soon as you fork over your
money. And, amazingly enough, all your other problems will disappear at the same time.

Like yellow teeth, the sequel to gray hair, you may not have even known you had a problem, until
they told you how aging… (Does that word strike terror in your heart as intended?) You may even
have believed having straight healthy teeth with no cavities was something worth smiling about.

And, you may have been even more startled to discover that whitening your teeth could cause you to
dress better (A raise?), make people more romantic, and even make the sun shine brighter.

This is all just SUGGESTED, of course.

But you are being hypnotized (Yep, that’s what it is.) into
Unrealistic Expectations. If you are thirty
pounds overweight, and you’re boss dumps all his scut work on you, your kids don’t respect you, and
your spouse tunes you out, losing thirty pounds isn’t going to change your boss, your kids, or your
spouse.

Losing thirty pounds WILL make you a lot healthier (assuming you do it by improving your nutrition
and exercise), and better looking, and younger looking. It will probably increase your energy, cause
you to live longer, and generally make you feel and think better.

But, unless you ALSO start doing your boss’s scut work veerrry slowly and badly, stop buying toys
and handing out money to disrespectful kids, and save your words for someone who hears you, those
OTHER situations will not change. They are separate and distinct issues and have nothing to do with
losing thirty pounds.

Due to media hypnosis, something foolish and childish inside of many otherwise sensible people gets
furious (I GAVE UP DONUTS FOR A WEEK AND YOUR ROOM’S STILL A MESS!) because they think it
should be true that following a magic formula (diet book) or swallowing a magic potent (diet pill) will
cause their spouse to hang on every word and their kids to clean the bathroom.

Or maybe they don’t. Not really. Maybe that’s just an excuse to cover up their fear of succeeding.
Cover it from themselves, too.

Hypnotherapy works, but it’s not for everyone. It’s a fabulous tool for intelligent, imaginative,
motivated people who truly want to eliminate their problems. People who want to believe they can
eat all they want and still lose weight should stick to buying lottery tickets.

Hypnosis is not the only way to change your mind to change your life, but it is the fast, effective,
natural, and drug free.
